The Yumthang Valley, also known as the Sikkim Valley of Flowers sanctuary, is a natural preserve in the North Sikkim district of the Indian state of Sikkim that features a river, hot springs, yaks, and grazing pasture on undulating meadows.

Valley of Flowers National Park is an Indian national park was founded in 1982. It is famed for its meadows of endemic alpine flowers and the variety of flora and is situated near Chamoli in the state of Uttarakhand.

The Sharavathi Valley Wildlife Sanctuary is situated in the Sagar taluk of the Shivamogga District, in the valley of the Sharavathi River. The Sanctuary's area is about 431.23 square kilometres. It is located in the Western Ghats and is incredibly rich in both variety and diversity of flora and fauna. It is mostly covered in evergreen and semi-evergreen forests in the lowlands and grassy areas on hilltops.
